• A square piece of paper, we used a 6 inch square of double sided origami paper. (you can decorate your own square!)
• Scissors
• A sewing pin
• Pencils
• Ruler

Using a ruler draw a straight line between each corner crossing in the middle.

Measure 1 1/2 inches from the center point on each of your lines. Cut along the line stopping at the 1 1/2 inch mark you made.

Make a small mark on every other corner. Then bring those corners in towards the middle.

Take your sewing pin and poke it through the 4 corners and the middle of your pinwheel. Place the sharp end of the pin into the eraser on a pencil. Your pinwheel is complete.
