No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

  • ½ cup ground flax or chia seed

  • ½ cup crunchy peanut butter

  •  cup honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • Stir all ingredients together. 
  • Hand-roll dough into 24 balls.
  • Place balls on a parchment paper lined tray and place in the freezer 1 hour or until set.
