No Bake Energy Bites
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup ground flax or chia seed
½ cup crunchy peanut butter
⅓ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Stir all ingredients together.
- Hand-roll dough into 24 balls.
- Place balls on a parchment paper lined tray and place in the freezer 1 hour or until set.
