Bagel with Nut Butter and Fruit

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 whole grain bagel
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, etc)
  • 1 tablespoon jam (pick your favorite flavor) 
  • 1/2 cup sliced fruit (pick your favorites) 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Slice bagel in half and toast. 
  • Spread nut butter on both halves of toasted bagel. 
  • Spread jam over nut butter on both halves. 
  • Top both halves with bite-sized fruit.
