INGREDIENTS 1 whole grain bagel 2 tablespoons nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, etc) 1 tablespoon jam (pick your favorite flavor) 1/2 cup sliced fruit (pick your favorites) INSTRUCTIONS Slice bagel in half and toast. Spread nut butter on both halves of toasted bagel. Spread jam over nut butter on both halves. Top both halves with bite-sized fruit.
