1 ½ cups cooked rice
2 cups milk
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup raisins
⅓ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Combined cooked rice, 1 1/2 cups milk, and salt in a medium saucepan.
- Cook on medium heat and stir continuously until thick and creamy.
- Add remaining 1/2 cup milk, raisins, beaten egg, and white sugar.
- Continue cooking 3 minutes on medium heat, stirring continuously, until well blended.
- Remove saucepan from heat; stir vanilla extract.
